However, in the unlikely event that your product gets damaged during shipping, you can reach out to us via email or Instagram with a clear photo of the damaged or leaking product. Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange or a discount on your next purchase, at our discretion.
If you receive an incorrect product, not matching your order, you can follow these simple steps to request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order:
Steps to Initiate a Return/Refund:
- Contact our Customer Support team by email or Instagram within two business days of receiving your order.
- Share your order ID along with your request for return, replacement, or refund. Please provide a photo of the product along with the invoice for verification.
- For refunds or replacements, ensure the products are returned to us in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact, within 15 days.

- If a replacement is requested, it will be subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
